How often do you send out a newsletter?

The Weekly Dose of Fat comes out weekly, normally on Thursday night. We may, a time or three a month, send out “Specials” if said specials are especially timely. We are not all about gumming up your email inbox but we do want you to get the info you need on the quick!

What Email Newsletter Delivery Service do you Use?

We are using Beehive because we’ve used it on other sites and it works well.

What is your Privacy policy?

Well we don’t have a long drawn out policy yet but here will be the gist of it even if it gets long and convoluted. We use your email address only for the purpose you gave it to us for. Namely, sending you the newsletter. We do not sell or give away you info to anyone else. Your secret is safe with us!
